The selection of polymer film. Polymer membrane is a kind of adhesive material with special properties, which affects the main factors of compound quality. The polymer membrane has two sides and three layers are co extruded. One side is bonded with metal, the other side is bonded with PE, the middle layer is PE substrate, and the properties of both sides are completely different. The price of the two sides of the material is very different. The materials needed to be imported from the aluminum store are expensive. And PE fusion surface materials can be produced in China, so some polymer membrane manufacturers make a great deal of this, a large number of PE fusion materials to steal material for profit. The use of polymer membranes is directional and can not be replaced on the opposite side. Polymer membrane is a self solution membrane. Melting can not lead to false recombination. The early strength is higher and the time is longer. Because of the influence of weathering, it will reduce the strength, even bubble or glue.
