铝塑板剥离强度的怎么生产出来的?

铝塑复合板的生产在外行人看来非常简单,但实际上它是一种技术含量高的新产品,因而铝塑板产品的质量控制上就有一定技术难度。这一期讲座主要谈一谈影响铝塑复合板180°剥离强度的因素。

铝箔本身质量问题。这虽然是一个比较隐蔽的问题,但已经在铝塑板的质量中体现出来。一方面是铝材的热处理工艺问题,另一方面有的铝板和生产者在使用回收的废铝时质量控制不严。这就要求铝塑板的生产者在对材料生产者进行各方面的评价,确定合格分承包方后建立业务往来以确保材料质量。

蕊材的选用问题。因为高分子膜与PE的粘结与其他塑料相比较效果最佳且价格适中,无毒、易加工。所以蕊材选用PE。有些小生产厂家为了降低成本选用粘结效果差且燃烧时会产生致命毒气的PVC,或选用PE回收料或选用PE原料与下角料混合。这样会因为PE的型号、老化程度等的不同而导致复合温度的不同,最终表面为复合质量不稳定。

高分子膜的选用问题。高分子膜是一种具有特殊性能的粘结材料,它影响复合质量的主要因素。高分子膜具有两面性,三层共挤而成。一面是与金属粘结,另一面是与PE粘结,中间一层是PE基材,两面的性质完全不同。两面的材料价格相差悬殊。与铝板店结的材料需要进口,价格昂贵。而与PE融合面的材料国内就能生产,因此有的高分子膜生产厂家就此大做文章,大量使用PE融合料以偷工减料牟取暴利。高分子膜的使用具有方向性,正反面不能掉换。高分子膜是一种自解膜,熔化不完全会导致假性复合。早期强度较高、时间一长,因风化影响会使强度降低,甚至鼓泡或开胶等现象

And PE fusion surface materials can be produced in China, so some polymer membrane manufacturers make a great deal of this, a large number of PE fusion materials to steal material for profit. The use of polymer membranes is directional and can not be replaced on the opposite side. Polymer membrane is a self solution membrane. Melting can not lead to false recombination. The early strength is higher and the time is longer. Because of the influence of weathering, it will reduce the strength, even bubble or glue.
